Thinking Ahead
I hope I can give you a good picture of what I have plannedÂ
The options are endless but the goals remain the same. I want to do whatever I can to help shorten the learning curve and provide more opportunities. There are always challenges and roadblocks but through the years I have found ways to work around most of them. So don't ever think we can't get it done ... I grew up hearing "Can't never did anything" and want to give everyone an opportunity to think out of the box if they think there is something they want or need.

Off-lane training
When I traveled around the world to teach as many bowlers and coaches as I could I found that one of the biggest roadblocks was going to a new location and dealing with the center vs center competition. It took a while but I figured out that there is a way to bring everyone together. By sharing the knowledge and experience where everyone was comfortable and away from the bowling center distractions. In the process we all found out that the most important training can be done away from the bowling center. It opens the mind, improves focus, and is a lot of fun.
On-lane training
When we are on the lane we are going to spend most of our time with challenges unique to the BowlU experience. When we are on the lane our goal is to teach with as few words as possible, allowing the bowler to focus on what their eyes see ... their mind thinks, and their body does. Understanding and feel are the most important skills to develop if your desire is to improve your performance. Rolling the ball is the easiest part of our sport. Let's not make it the most difficult.
When I leave
Every BowlU initiative leads to new thoughts and a fresh outlook into the possibilities. That makes "Continued Learning" a very important focus I have for the future. It's not easy going into a new area and giving new ideas knowing you will be leaving. But with "Continued Learning" ... I feel a whole lot better, because the real value of what I teach comes after you get to play with it on your own.
Get Ready for something different
Sharing BowlU has been a long and very busy career for me. Enough of the bowling world knows of its value, now is the time to help people share it with each other. I am focusing my efforts on making that happen. Adding BowlU knowledge and experience to an already vast understanding of the game is an eye-opening experience and completes the big picture for many gifted bowlers and coaches. It is great opportunity for all of us to impact the future of our sport in a positive way. Together We Can!
